The OBB Training Program
The Academy is OBB's owner training program, designed to prepare you for day one and beyond. Before your doors open, you will go through hands-on instruction covering service delivery, client experience, scheduling, team management, and the standards that make an OBB location worth owning
This is not a binder you read on your own. It is live, structured training built around what actually happens inside a thriving location.
Training also includes the IMPACT Melanoma skin awareness certification, required of every OBB team member. Your consultants see clients at their most exposed, often more regularly than a dermatologist does. That access is part of the OBB standard, and The Academy is where it starts.
