Organic Bronze Bar Terms of Use

1. Use of Content
The content available on OBB’s website(s)—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and designs—is owned or licensed by OBB. You may view, print, or download material for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and trademark notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or use OBB content without express written permission.
2. User Submissions
We welcome your feedback, reviews, and comments. However, you grant OBB and its franchisees a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and adapt any content you submit. 3. Booking and Payments
Booking services through OBB or its franchisees require accurate personal information and payment details.
Services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at purchase.
If applicable, monthly or recurring charges will automatically renew; cancellation procedures vary by location.
You’ll be responsible for booking up until cancellation is complete—please follow location-specific cancellation policies.
4. Membership or Package Programs
If you enroll in a package or membership (e.g., multiple spray tan sessions):
The program will automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Unused sessions may expire after a specified period (e.g., 90 days).
Memberships/packages are generally non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law or disclosed during purchase.
OBB reserves the right to modify pricing or package terms with advance notice.
5. Health & Safety
OBB services may involve certain health considerations. You agree to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the specific OBB location operates. For example, disputes arising from services at a WA location are governed by Washington law. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court in the applicable state, as permitted by law.
12. Franchisee Responsibility
OBB locations are independently owned and operated franchises. Unless explicitly stated, only the franchisee providing your service, and not OBB corporate, is responsible for that service. Prices, promotions, and cancellation procedures may vary by location.
